Booking online was SO easy, and the check in process just as smooth. I was able to get a courtesy car and be on my way within 8 minutes of arriving. I received text updates about the status of my vehicle as they worked and when it was ready for pickup. They even gave it a wash and vacuum! Both Ben & Autumn were both professional and friendly. They provided additional info about recommended services but I felt no pressure to do the extra work than what I had come in for originally. Will be returning!

I was looking for a mechanic near me and for my first time experiencing Norlang Grip Auto and it was a great one. Very, very impressive office/reception and facility. After I dropped off my car they provided a shuttle service back to my house. My dead air conditioning was then serviced within a handful of hours (phone updates provided in the meantime) and I was back enjoying cool air by the end of the same day!
